Sunday Funday starts HERE!! No need to count reps, let your instructor guide you through timed sets and rests. With 1,000’s of combinations this will surely keep you alert and on your toes. Being surrounded by others with the feel good vibe and all those happy hormones mixed in with some sweat and smiles this will get your Sunday started right. Circuit style classes are a great way to push a little harder and a little longer.
