The Metafit™ is the original 30-minute, nonchoreographed, bodyweight-only HIIT workout.

Created by a former Royal Marine Commando, Metafit combines the latest HIIT training techniques with traditional ‘old school’ body-weight exercises to set your metabolism on fire! It’s tough, but that’s why it gets results!
