About This Lesson

We will get the hour started with some isolated strength moves and then move right into a combination of resistance and bodyweight movements to target and develop strength, power and agility. The combination of plyometric and non- plyometric moves promotes muscle adaption and growth and continues to burn body fat after you walk out the door!
