About This Lesson

Working for that feeling of shakey legs, jello arms(might not be rocking a high bun after this one) and rock hard core muscles. Your super star coach will give you guidance and direction to effectively use resistance bands for upper and lower body movements. Every class will be creative and different, don’t worry there will be some “mat” time as well as introducing moves with medicine balls, stability balls, and wall balls. Think (BBB) bands, balls, and bodyweight!
