About This Lesson
A 45 minute HIIT, high intensity, class consisting of non-stop heart pouding movements. Building stamina and endurance while torching fat!! As a class you will move through a well programmed great flow of exercises utilizing bodyweight and other pieces of equipment. Quick bursts of flat out, 100%, all heart, movements. This class is for anyone needing that extra nudge to go beyond your comfort zone. See you in the studio!!
