About This Lesson

Benefit studio has a once weekly Yoga class designed for all levels of practice.  You will be guided through your practice and educated on how yoga lowers stress, improves mood, boosts confidence, reduces risk of injury, helps you lose weight while building core strength, increases flexibility, lowers your blood pressure, and improves muscle tone and your posture. Students of ALL levels are encouraged to attend this weekly class.

Meriden coodinates mental and emotional well-being programs for people throughout our region. She also teaches yoga and pranayama.
