As a Cincy-native + Chicago-trained group fitness instructor and registered dietitian, there’s nothing I enjoy more than surrounding myself with ALL things fitness and food! I came to love the group-fit atmosphere, teaching, and pairing nutrition/fitness education while living in Chicago during graduate school. The energy of clients in class, the satisfaction I see when someone accomplishes something new, and the fun aspect of pairing moves with up beat music are what I enjoy most about class and keep me coming back day after day.
If i’m not working or teaching class, you will most likely find me in the kitchen trying out a new recipe, writing for my personal blog, CincyFitFoodie, visiting new restaurants or bars, or traveling to explore new places and to visit family and friends!
