Meriden coodinates mental and emotional well-being programs for Interact for Health, an organization whose goal is to help people throughout our region live healthier lives.
Meriden holds a Master of Public Health in health behavior and health promotion from Ohio State University, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Miami University. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist and a member of the Ohio Society for Public Health Education. She has also worked in the Department of Psychiatry at Ohio State University coordinating psychiatric clinical research protocols, and with the Columbus Department of Public Health and Ohio State University Extension.
Meriden teaches yoga and pranayama, and strives to live fully in the present moment.
