As a studio-trained dancer and avid lover of sports, I started my active lifestyle at a young age. My love for the gym, however, did not come to fruition until I wanted to make a tremendous lifestyle change with hopes that my medical health would be most positively impacted. After making my commitment, I hired a health coach and got into the gym multiple times a week. My journey was tough and equally as rewarding all at once. I found one of my passions. Fast forward, a year later, I was approached by a manager at a gym who said that with my personality and knowledge, I would be a good candidate to work as a group fitness instructor. Hired on the spot and put in charge of 4 fitness classes, I found myself connected to my clients and so thankful that I was able to share my energy with them. Through a combination of two of my life’s greatest passions, I realized that teaching and fitness would change the trajectory of my life. I have now been a group fitness instructor for 3 years and began personal training this year. Along with these qualifications, I am a sports nutritionist that views all clientele as unique individuals with specific needs. I believe that no two clients are the same and I feel confident that I am well equipped to help people of all ages and abilities.
I am committed to my people. My support includes an emphasis on fostering a sense of self-love and positive mental growth alongside reaching/maintaining physical goals. Part of my philosophy focuses on two main aspects: you are at your best weight when you weigh the amount that you feel happiest and your mind is stronger than any muscle in your body, so you must be sure that you speak to yourself kindly.
To know that others welcome me into their lives with trust on their journey towards self-love and happiness is one of the greatest blessings that has ever been bestowed upon my life. I am thankful for the opportunity and look forward to seeing you in class. LET’S WORK!
